This course will equip individual practitioners with knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to effectively and safely monitor and manage oral, vitamin k antagonist anticoagulation therapy in adult patients. The course does not cover in detail the setting up of clinics or use of computer-aided decision–making software but does signpost to further sources for both these areas. This course will appeal to Primary Care Health Professionals - qualified providers across primary care (GP practices and pharmacies).
