JIM PARKYN - AARDMAN ANIMATIONS

Jim Parkyn, Senior Model Maker at Aardman Animations, shares his experience of working at the world famous Bristol-based animation studio and discusses the origins of some of its much-loved characters - including Morph, who is celebrating his 40th anniversary this year.

Jim started at Aardman in 2000 working on the feature film Chicken Run. Since then he’s worked on most major productions, including Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit, Creature Comforts and Shaun the Sheep.

Audience members will have the chance to ask Jim their questions about Aardman and its production processes, as well as hear about some exciting projects that are in the works.
